How Can severe Tightness In The Testicle Be Treated?

Hello, recently my left testicle has been feeling tight. I believe it s been happening due to the fact I masturbated and the balls tighten during the end of the procedure. It s not pain where I have to stand still and wait a while. I m able to go along my day, but I stop and try to see what s wrong with it at the shower. Is it possible for my left ball to have flipped in the same position during masturbation? Please help with this situation, and thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think most probably local trauma when masturbating. Maybe still neurological hyperstimulation after masturbating.

Avoid masturbating for some days. Observe the changes. If still there consult with a urologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
